Robert Millbyer's display just off College Boulevard has been going up for a quarter century, spreading decorations across a large corner lot with Christmas music from a rear speaker coordinated to some of the lights. It anchors a neighborhood with several other nice displays.
Best time to arrive. Sunset in Lenexa is around 4:58 PM in mid-December, fully dark by about 5:28 PM. A typical December night here bottoms out near 23°F, so dress for standing around outside.
