Fairy lights wrap the enormous sycamores lining this street for an ethereal effect, kicked off with a 6pm tree-lighting ceremony on Santa Lucia Day (Dec. 13). The annual Unite and Light event raises money for the Neighborhood House and Alliance House charities.
