The City of Chesapeake decorates the grounds of its municipal center as a nightly drive-through light route running from Thanksgiving through New Year's Day. On two Saturday 'Fa La La Land' nights the campus opens for walking, with past editions featuring carolers, food trucks, Santa photos, and even baby goats in holiday sweaters.
